About Me

Sean realised his passion for sports writing at a very early age, highlighted when he done match reporting on games he played in for his primary school at the age of just 11.

He continued his education at Bishop Ramsey C of E six form where he studied English Language and Literature, History and Geography. With a career in journalism in mind, Sean looked into obtaining work placements in the journalism industry, spending a week at the likes of the Independent – where he shadowed chief football correspondent Sam Wallace – and the likes of the Press Association, Hayters and Brighton FC to name just a few.

Sean graduated from the University of Brighton this summer with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) and is NCTJ-trained.
